10 Ways to Make Sex Last Longer

Improving stamina and lasting longer during sex can involve various physical and psychological aspects. Here are some general tips:

1. **Communication:** Open communication with your partner is crucial. Discuss preferences, desires, and any concerns you may have.

2. **Foreplay:** Spend more time on foreplay to increase arousal and build anticipation, which can contribute to longer-lasting sexual experiences.

3. **Pelvic Floor Exercises (Kegels):** Strengthening your pelvic floor muscles through Kegel exercises can enhance sexual endurance.

4. **Controlled Breathing:** Practice deep, controlled breathing to help manage arousal and delay ejaculation.

5. **Pause and Change Rhythm:** When you feel close to climax, slow down or briefly stop to regain control and extend the overall experience.

6. **Distraction Techniques:** Mentally focus on something non-sexual to help delay climax.

7. **Use Thick Condoms:** Thicker condoms may reduce sensitivity, helping some individuals last longer.

8. **Try Different Positions:** Experiment with sexual positions that may be less stimulating and allow better control.

9. **Masturbate Before Sex:** Some individuals find that masturbating a few hours before sexual activity can help delay ejaculation during intercourse.

10. **Seek Professional Advice:** If premature ejaculation is a persistent issue, consider consulting with a healthcare professional or a sex therapist for personalized guidance.

Remember, everyone is different, and what works for one person may not work for another. It's important to be patient, communicate openly with your partner, and explore what methods work best for you as an individual or as a couple.

Seven tips for a long and healthy life

Seven tips for a long and healthy life

Once ill, it is very difficult to bring it back to its previous state.  So you have to try to stay healthy in advance.

No matter how good the modern medical system is, it can never protect you from the problems caused by unhealthy lifestyle.  Instead of getting a modern medical fix for every problem, it is much better to live in such a way that you will rarely get sick.

One ounce of resistance is certainly better than one pound of cure.  Here are seven tips for living a long and healthy life.  In addition, the same lifestyle that will help you avoid illness and help you lose weight.

   1. Get enough exercise

In the past, people used to fight with nature for their livelihood. They had to use their physical body during their normal activities.  But today one can go to work in the car, then sit in the office, get up in the car to go home, and when he gets home, sit again for the rest of the day.  There is no physical labor in such a life.  This physical inactivity makes various organs of our body useless.  As a result, it is one of the main causes of many diseases.  Walking and other things like sports, running need to be added to our lives if we do not need to do physical work in our normal activities.  Exercise is very important so that whatever we eat is not allowed to accumulate in the body.

   2. Go to sleep when you feel sleepy

This may seem easy, but many people wake up late even when their body is telling them that it is time to sleep.  Yoga and Ayurvedic doctors also say that it is better to sleep at night and stay active during the day.  However, people like students will take coffee and stimulants for late night study.  Others develop the habit of staying active at night and sleeping during the day.  Although we can do it, it ultimately takes a toll on health.  Alternative health practitioners say that this type of abnormal lifestyle is one of the causes of cancer and other diseases. Deep sleep is very important to stay healthy.  It doesn't happen if you sleep late.  But it is best to get into the habit of sleeping within 10 o'clock at night.

   3. Eat if you feel hungry

This is also a simple idea, but again we often go against body messages.  If you eat out of habit or due to social stress at certain times of the day, even when you don’t have a real appetite, you may not be able to digest your food properly.  Acidity and indigestion begin, and this contributes to the possibility of rooting for other complex diseases.  Being hungry is actually a sign of good health, but if you are not hungry you should wait a bit and then eat.  (If you still have no appetite after waiting a reasonable amount of time, you should consult a doctor because something went wrong.)

   4. Practice a rule

If you ask someone to work 365 days a year without rest, they will complain and say that they must take some rest, otherwise they will break down.  But we never bother to ask or think about our digestive organs which force us to work day after day without rest.  They cannot protest the way a person can protest to his boss, but they signal to us that they cannot act uninterruptedly.  When we ignore those signals and still force them to work, those organs break down.  This requires periodic fasting.  Refrain from eating for a full day.  It relaxes your digestive system and also helps eliminate waste from your body.  Regular fasting allows a person to have extra time for intellectual or spiritual pursuits.  Fasting is not for cave-dwellers, but an intelligent practice that anyone can practice.

   5. Rinse with cold water before going to bed

As mentioned above, proper sleep is essential for maintaining good health.  If you wash your vital motor and sensitive organs (hands, arms, eyes, legs, mouth, genitals) before going to bed using cold water, it will relax you and prepare you for a deep sleep.

   6. Meditate regularly

Your body is connected to your mind.  Many diseases of this age are psychological.  Stress and anxiety affect our physical health.  Meditation is a mental exercise that allows you to detach yourself from the worries of life, among other things.  This exercise relieves various anxieties as well as strengthens the various organs of the body.  Here's how to put one together for use with Wim hof.

   7. Get up early every day

Again the old proverb, "To go to bed early, to get up early makes a man healthy, rich and wise."  I don’t know if it will make you rich, but it will definitely make you healthy.  Adequate sleep is needed for your body, not too much and not too little.
